T.O.S

• Payment is USD. CashApp, PayPal, Ko-fi or Venmo. Must be paid in full before I start your commission.• Sometimes life is too busy for me to do art. Due to this I do not take refunds for longer wait periods. I try to finish everything in a timely manner but delays do happen. I finish art within 1-4 weeks Typically, longer waits may go up to 2-3 months. It is not healthy for me to push myself so this is a very strict rule in my TOS.• I struggle with communication, please be direct and don't leave me guessing what you want.• Refunds are only offered before I start the line-art process and with good reasoning.• Payment plans and later date payments can differ, I tend to only accept month long plans and will hold a character for up to two weeks.• If communication stops before payment, i will cancel your piece. You may be given 24-48 hours to pay once asked for payment.• You cannot resell my characters for a higher value than what you paid for unless there is added value.• Once you receive art from me it is still my artwork, you cannot edit or claim it as your own. It must stay recognizable as my artwork and show my watermarks. You will not be warned if you are blacklisted. If behavior is improved blacklist may be lifted.
